Sandrine Perion is a public relations and development strategist with 18 years of international experience. She started her career in the Dominican Republic (1999) with the coordination of the 2nd Summit of Heads of States and Governments of the African Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) states, held in Santo Domingo. This experience shaped her career by raising her interest in international development, non-governmental organizations, and public affairs. 


From 2006 to 2014, Sandrine spearheaded several community-building and social development projects. She was elected chair of a Montreal South Borough Roundtable as the representative of Welcome Hall Mission – which became one of the most influential voices for homeless and underprivileged people in the province of Quebec. She oversaw the development of several initiatives that aimed to improve the living conditions of vulnerable populations.


She authored the First Quadrennial Periodic Report (2012) submitted to UNESCO by the International Federation of Coalitions for Cultural Diversity (IFCCD), in accordance with the 2005 Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions. In 2014, she was press secretary to the Minister of International Development of Canada (Global Affairs Canada). 


Throughout her career, Sandrine has developed and led many strategies, which drew visibility and significant revenue by securing major gifts and partnerships for her employers or clients. She has worked with all three levels of government, municipal, provincial, and federal.  


A Canadian who was born in Martinique, a region of France, Sandrine has a Public Relations Certificate from Concordia University (2007) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Université du Québec (2011). She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Foreign Languages and International Trade & Affairs through an exchange program between Université Picardie Jules Verne d’Amiens (France) and Concordia University, Montréal. 


Sandrine is always ready to take on new challenges and is today the owner of Strategist Consulting Inc. She speaks French, English, Spanish, and Creole.
